Welcome to Blue Door

We look forward to welcoming you to Blue Door – a small family-run B+B situated about 1 mile / 1.5km from the middle of Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.

A few minutes away by car or 15 to 20 minutes on foot (a bit longer coming back!) Holmfirth is a small town with a range of takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Rowan weekends

We are the nearest B+B to Rowan Yarns – it’s just a 3 minute walk down the hill.

Walkers & cyclists

If you’re cycling we have a locked shed for overnight storage and there’s a hose if you need to wash your bike down. If you’re walking the Pennine Way please let us know as we may be able to collect you in the evening and take you back in the morning (we are about 5 miles / 8 km from where the Pennine Way crosses the A635).
